The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lending processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of lending software solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution, maintaining strong relationships and proactive communication.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution across all phases of the delivery cycle.
• Work closely with product, development, business analysis, quality assurance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Conduct regular status reviews, track progress against project milestones, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Support configuration, customization, and integration of lending software with client systems.
• Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards relevant to lending processes.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support solution demonstrations and delivery planning for prospective clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 1-2 years focused on lending software or financial services solutions.
• Strong understanding of lending life cycles, including loan origination, credit processing, loan servicing, and collections.
• Proven experience in project management and delivery of complex software solutions (preferably SaaS or enterprise software).
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
