Delivery Manager- IT

You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting web-based applications that support Dental Network Administration, Quality Management Program, Clinical AI Review DB, and Cactus. Your role will involve leading the offshore technical team, developing applications, making enhancements, and collaborating with onshore technology teams. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies will be crucial, including ASP.NET, .Net core, Restful API, WCF, MVC, MSSQL, Oracle SQL server, jQuery, JavaScript, CI/CD, Jenkins, Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, React & Angular (basics), Launchpad, AWS services (basics), Swagger, PostgreSQL, Hive & Presto. You must have hands-on experience in building and consuming Restful API Services, creating queries, stored procedures, and packages for relational database management systems. In addition, you should possess detailed knowledge of design patterns and architecture connecting multiple applications through Restful API services. Experience in working in an onshore/offshore model and a proven track record of successful project delivery are required. You will be the go-to expert for web and mobile application implementations, actively leading technical teams, participating in PI planning events, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering Communities of Practice. Your responsibilities will also include managing existing and new software vendor relationships to comply with Guardian Security policies, providing technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members.
