Delivery Lead (Flutter)

The Delivery Lead position based in Gurugram, Haryana (WFO) requires a professional with over 6 years of experience, particularly in Flutter app development. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are completed within set timelines. Your role involves monitoring progress, addressing obstacles, and ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and within the specified time frame. Your key responsibilities will include managing detailed delivery plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, design, and operations, and fostering a collaborative environment. You should have a solid understanding of technical delivery, development methodologies, and team structures, and be able to work closely with engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. In this role, it is essential to proactively identify potential risks and challenges that could affect project timelines or outcomes. You will need to communicate any issues to senior leadership while providing actionable recommendations for resolution. Additionally, conducting post-delivery reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. You must have at least 5 years of experience in project or delivery management, with a minimum of 3 years in technical roles. Experience in delivering complex projects in an Agile environment is essential, along with a strong understanding of software development principles and lifecycle. Desirable qualifications include certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile (e.g., ScrumMaster). It is also highly preferred that you have experience in the fintech industry or financial services, as well as expertise in native mobile app development, specifically Flutter for Android/iOS. Knowledge of state management in Flutter applications, familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes, and a track record of publishing apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store are advantageous.
