Pega CDH Component Leadership: Lead the development and configuration of Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM), Interaction History, Decision Strategy Management, and other Pega CDH components. Integration & Architecture: Ensure seamless integration of decisioning frameworks with enterprise systems like CRM and data lakes. Design and implement REST API, Kafka, and FTP-based integrations. Quality Assurance & Optimization: Conduct peer reviews and manage quality assurance processes for decisioning logic. Collaborate with data scientists to analyze customer interactions and optimize adaptive models. Agile Delivery & Support: Manage the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH solutions in Agile environments. Create post-implementation support documentation and resolve production defects. Governance & Mentorship: Implement governance standards for architecture, data privacy, and security compliance. Mentor and lead a team of Pega NBA Designers or developers. Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks such as proposition builds, customer data flow updates, and interaction updates. Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance to ensure scalability and efficiency. Business Alignment: Design solutions in alignment with clients business objectives. Mandatory Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency: Pega CDH Expertise: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega CDH , specifically Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions , and the NBAD framework . Pega Components: Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler , etc. Decisioning Logic: Proven track record of delivering hyper-personalized solutions using NBA strategies across inbound and outbound channels (batch and real-time).
