Job Description

Description The Dean of Computer Science and Technology will provide academic and administrative leadership to the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and fostering an environment of research and innovation. Responsibilities Provide academic leadership and vision for the Computer Science and Technology department. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the curriculum and research initiatives. Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with academic standards and regulations. Foster partnerships with industry and academic institutions. Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively. Promote an inclusive and innovative learning environment for students. Skills and Qualifications Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology. 15-20 years of experience in academia, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of current trends in computer science and technology. Proven track record of research and publications in reputable journals. Experience in curriculum development and program accreditation processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to mentor and inspire faculty and students alike.
