Overview:

As a Dealer Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
• Showcase our range of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to match customer needs.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle specifications, performance, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current automotive trends, models, and competitive offerings.
• Effectively manage customer inquiries and follow-up to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring customers are fully satisfied with their purchase experience.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
