DAX Modeler (PowerBI)

Time Zone : Belgium Time Zone ( 12 pm to 10 pm)

Roles and Responsibilities

• SSAS/AAS (SQL Server Analysis Services / Azure Analysis Services):

• Hands-on experience in developing and managing data models using SSAS and/or AAS.
  
• Ability to optimize performance and manage large-scale tabular models in enterprise environments.
  

• SQL Development:

• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  
• Experience in working with large data sets, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
  

• Tabular Editor:

• Proficient in using Tabular Editor for creating and maintaining tabular models.
  
• Experience in writing DAX scripts, managing model metadata, and version control using Tabular Editor.
  

• Tabular Modelling (Minimum 45 years):

• Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and deploying tabular models.
  
• Ability to model complex business scenarios and ensure model scalability and maintainability.
  
• [Optional for Interviewers] Ask the candidate about the

  number of tables

  they have typically designed per tabular model to assess model complexity and depth of experience.

• Azure Platform (Minimum 3 years):

• Solid experience working with Azure Data Services including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Analysis Services, etc.
  
• Familiarity with Azure security, storage, and data pipeline best practices.
  

• Azure Data Factory (ADF):

• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
  
• Capable of integrating ADF with other Azure services and implementing data transformation and orchestration workflows.
