Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using

  Power BI

  Power Query

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including

  SQL databases

  SAP

  ,

  SuccessFactors

  cloud platforms

  (Azure/AWS).
• Implement

  row-level security

  ,

  dynamic drill-downs

  , and

  automated reporting

  features.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting solutions.
• Optimize performance of BI reports and dashboards for scalability and usability.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning through advanced analytics.
• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI and self-service reporting tools.
• Participate in Agile project delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in

  Power BI development

  data analytics

• Proficiency in

  Power BI, SQL

• Securing report data based on Roles.
• Experience with
