Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data engineering, analytics, or machine learning projects. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Data works and familiarity with its core components (Maxcompute,Operation and Maintenance Center,Data/DataService Studio Etc) Strong understanding of Apache Spark, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data pipeline architectures. Technical Skills: Proficiency in DataWorks, Spark, and Python or Scala. Experience in managing cloud-based data solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP). Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data tools. Project Management Skills: Proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies. Strong budgeting, resource management, and timeline management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
