Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DataStage professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using IBM DataStage, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
Collaborating with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Performing data profiling and analysis to ensure data quality and integrity.
Optimizing DataStage jobs for performance and scalability.
Troubleshooting and resolving DataStage job failures and performance issues.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for DataStage processes.
4-5 years of experience in DataStage development and ETL processes.
Proficiency in IBM DataStage and its components.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database technologies.
Experience with SQL and relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
Knowledge of data modeling and data integration techniques.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
