As a Certified Salesforce CRMA (CRM Analytics) Consultant at Bezohminds Private Limited, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced CRM Analytics dashboards and data insights. This 6-month contract position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on project performance and business needs. You will have the opportunity to work either onsite in Tirunelveli or remotely. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather analytics requirements, creating and managing datasets, lenses, dataflows, and recipes in CRMA, integrating data from Salesforce and external systems, optimizing performance and scalability of dataflows and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance within the analytics platform, and supporting user enablement through documentation and training.
