Experience : 4 to 9 Years Required Skills : Looking for 3+ Years of Expertise in writing and optimizing queries for performance, including but not limited to Redshift/Postgres/SQL/BigQuery and using query plans. Expertise in database permissions, including but not limited to Redshift/BigQuery/Postgres/ SQL/ Windows AD Knowledge of database design/ ability to work with data architects and other IT specialists to set up, maintain, and monitor data networks/storage/metrics. Experience working with third party vendors, being able to coordinate with third parties and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues. Experience working with internal stakeholders and business partners on both long- and short-term projects related to efficiency, optimization, and cost reduction. Expertise in database management best practices/ IT security best practices Experience with the following is a plus: Harness Git Cloud Watch Cloudability Other monitoring dashboard configurations Required Skills : Experience with a variety of computer information systems Problem-solving and critical thinking Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms Expertise in backup and recovery, including AWS Redshift snapshot restores. Redshift (provisioned and serverless) configuration and creation. Redshift Workload Management, Redshift table statistics.
