Job Description

The job involves installing, configuring, and maintaining database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. You will be responsible for monitoring database performance, tuning for optimization, and ensuring data integrity and availability through backup and recovery processes. Managing user access and database security, implementing and maintaining database replication and clustering, as well as designing and maintaining disaster recovery plans are also part of your role. Additionally, you will be required to write and maintain scripts for automation and reporting, work with developers to optimize SQL queries and database design, perform data migration and transformation when necessary, and stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.
