Responsibilities Manage and optimize marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement. Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Design and implement automated customer journeys to enhance user experience. Maintain data quality and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and CRM technologies. Requirements Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its various components, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, API Data Extensions, Data Views, Automations, and Journey Builder . Strong knowledge of Preference Center, Audience Management, and Segmentation . Experience with email coding using HTML, CSS, Ampscript, and SSJS . Proficiency in responsive email design coding layouts . Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and integration processes . Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation workflows. Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights from data. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimizing for conversions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration. Proficiency in data management and reporting tools relevant to marketing analytics. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
