The Data Analyst will collect, process, and analyze data to help drive strategic decisions. They will interpret complex data sets, provide insights to various departments (like Marketing, Sales, Purchase, etc.), and support business performance through data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources. Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets. Prepare visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Work with Marketing and Sales teams to understand customer behavior and improve campaigns. Support the Purchase department by analyzing vendor performance, pricing, and market trends. Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and track progress toward goals. Provide competitor analysis and benchmarking reports. Identify process improvement opportunities based on data insights. Maintain and update data systems and databases. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. Experience in market research or competitive intelligence. Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools.

You ll work on building next-generation capabilities and services in Data and AI using innovative open-source software, frameworks, tools, and cloud computing services. As a Product Analyst, for business performance, you will monitor departments performance looking at various projects and providing the updates. You will get connected with different teams: engineering, product, project management etc. to understand and report the performance. Business Performance reporting: Monitor and track org performance. Help to present and communicate to leadership with weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for performance. Data analysis and Provide insights Help leadership team with insights into gaps and area of improvement for business performance. Stakeholder communications Communicate various updates to leadership and other teams. What we expect of you Master s degree and 7 to 9 years of Information Systems experience OR Bachelor s degree and 8 to 11 years of Information Systems experience OR Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Information Systems experience 5-7 years of experience in a business performance role. Basic Qualifications: Understanding of different KPIs/metrics (operational, projects and financials) and ability to track, monitor and report those. Good analytical skills. Proficiency with data tools (e. g. excel, power bi, Tableau etc) Experience in communication and presentation to leadership. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations and lead in collaboration. Passion for technology and customer success, particularly in driving innovative AI and data solutions. Familiarity with biotech/pharma is beneficial. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and solving skills. Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams High degree of initiative and self-motivation. Review and validate day-to-day customer transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and bank-specific guidelines Identify and escalate suspicious or unusual transactions to the compliance team Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction discrepancies or exceptions Maintain updated records of validated transactions and audit logs Work within defined TAT (Turn-Around-Time) and SLA (Service Level Agreements) Support internal and external audits related to transaction monitoring Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies Experience in NBFC and P2P industry is a must Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills Familiarity with banking systems and digital transaction platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficient in MS Excel and basic data tools
