Data Engineer+Hyderabad+Contract

As a Data Engineer with proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Palantir, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing data-processing, orchestration, and monitoring tasks. Your role will involve collaborating with product and technology teams to validate the capabilities of the data platform. You will also be required to identify, design, and implement process improvements by automating manual processes and optimizing for usability and scalability. Additionally, you will provide technical support and usage guidance to platform users and drive the creation and refinement of metrics, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms. Your experience in building and optimizing data pipelines in a distributed environment, along with proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark, will be crucial for this role. Knowledge of Palantir and experience with tools like Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins/CodeBuild, and Code Pipeline will also be beneficial. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of advanced working knowledge in SQL, Python, and PySpark, with a strong understanding of PySpark queries. Proficiency in working in a Linux environment and experience supporting cross-functional teams are also required.
