About the Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our Marketing and Product Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse data, build models, and generate insights that drive key decisions across our marketing and product functions. Responsibilities Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights on user behaviour, marketing performance, and product engagement. Create clear, concise dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineers to design experiments and evaluate their outcomes. Continuously identify opportunities to improve decision-making through data. Extract, clean, and transform data to ensure quality and usability across analytics initiatives. Build, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems. Required Skills Proficient in Python and SQL (MySQL or Redshift experience preferred). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly). Solid understanding of machine learning, A/B testing, and statistical analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to working with complex datasets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences. Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced remote environment. Education and Background B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 13 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or similar role. Exceptional freshers with project/internship experience may also be considered. Prior experience working in a consumer-tech or fintech environment is a plus.
