Design and develop scalable Salesforce Vlocity applications using OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors). Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into effective solutions. Implement Order Management processes including orchestration, decomposition, and fulfillment. Develop and configure DataRaptor Extract, Load, and Transform functions for seamless data operations. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Troubleshoot and optimize existing configurations and performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps. Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed across projects.
