Data QA Associate

Accurately extract, label, and clean data from English-language emails to maintain high data quality. Monitor and analyze merchant/vendor data trends to detect anomalies or patterns. Categorize email content and identify notable trends across different merchants. Investigate irregularities in data (e.g., sudden spikes or drops) and maintain data consistency. Collaborate with global teams (China and U.S.) to align on data quality standards. Respond to analyst/client requests promptly while ensuring adherence to data security protocols. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferred majors: Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics). 02 years of experience in data analysis or QA roles. Experience with data tagging, cleaning, and regular expressions (Regex). Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python for basic data manipulation. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with remote teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
