You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Backend Development & Architecture Design and buildscalable Python applications(FastAPI/Flask/Django). DevelopRESTful APIsintegrated withAWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions. OptimizePostgreSQL/Auroraqueries, stored procedures, and triggers (PL/pgSQL). 2. AWS Cloud Solutions Implement serverless architectures usingLambda, S3, Cognito, and DynamoDB. Automate deployments withTerraform (IaC)and CI/CD pipelines. 3. Database & Performance Engineering Fine-tuneSQL queries, indexing strategies, and execution plans. Ensurehigh availabilityand disaster recovery for PostgreSQL/Aurora. 4. Leadership & Collaboration Lead a team of developers, providingtechnical guidance and code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refinefunctional/non-functional requirements. 5. Compliance & Best Practices Adhere tosecurity policies(data encryption, IAM, Cognito auth). Advocate forclean code, unit testing, and DevOps practices. Required Competencies: ?Expertise in Python & PostgreSQL: StrongPL/pgSQLskills (procedures, functions, triggers). Experience withORM tools(SQLAlchemy, Django ORM). ?AWS Serverless Proficiency: Hands-on withLambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3. Knowledge ofCognito for authandDynamoDB for NoSQL. ?DevOps & Automation: CI/CD implementation (Jenkins/GitHub Actions). Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation). ?Soft Skills: Ability to workautonomouslywith minimal supervision. Excellentcommunication(verbal/written) forUS stakeholder collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. AWS Certified Developer/Solutions Architect. Exposure toUtility/Metering Domain(e.g., smart energy, IoT)
