Support the design and execution of performance measurement strategies aligned with organizational and healthcare improvement goals. Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to support operational and strategic reporting. Develop, test, and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity and usability for stakeholders. Partner with internal teams and external partners to understand evolving data requirements and provide analytical support. Assist in standardizing data measurement methodologies across reporting processes to improve consistency and reliability. Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with internal data governance, security, and regulatory standards. Conduct root cause analysis and identify performance gaps, contributing insights for process and program improvement. Maintain thorough documentation for report logic, data lineage, and analytical procedures
