We are seeking a highly skilled hands-on Microsoft Purview Data Governance Developer to do the hands-on implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Microsoft Purview solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one end-to-end Purview deployment and a strong technical background in metadata management, data classification, and integration with Azure services. This is a hands-on developer role.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data governance, metadata management, or related domains.

12 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including at least one full-scale implementation.

Strong experience with Purview APIs, classification configuration, and resource scanning.

Proven ability to manage glossaries, scan metadata, and associate business/technical metadata.

Experience in the investment banking industry is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with cloud data security and compliance (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and AI/ML data solutions is advantageous.

Microsoft certifications in Azure Data or Security are a plus.
