Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Data Entry Staff member with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The role involves entering, updating, and organizing data accurately in spreadsheets and company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
  • Use Excel formulas, filters, and formatting to manage and organize information.
  • Check and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Maintain confidential data securely and systematically.
  • Assist in generating basic Excel reports as needed.
  • Support the administrative team with other tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data sorting/filtering, formatting).
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle routine tasks.
  • Prior data entry or Excel-based work experience is an advantage.
  • Must be available to work part-time hours as per schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 6 per week
