Role & responsibilities About Were hiring for a Bengaluru-based education-technology provider in the Advanced AI & Quantum Learning sector, helping professionals master future-proof skills. Youll convert curious prospects into confident learners, fuelling accessible tech education across India. Join our on-site sales pod at Karle Town Centre and shape a learner journey that bridges ambition with industry-ready expertise while you accelerate your own career growth. Key Responsibilities Qualify inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot, updating every touchpoint in real time. Conduct 60–80 daily calls, emails, WhatsApp chats, and video demos. Present course value, overcome objections, and close monthly revenue targets. Nurture relationships, organising expert sessions to boost conversion and retention. Capture market feedback, sharing insights that refine product positioning. Track funnel metrics, propose experiments, and report weekly to sales leadership Preferred candidate profile 1–2 years inside-sales or consultative selling, preferably EdTech. Consistent history of beating quotas in a metrics-driven environment. Proficiency with CRMs—HubSpot, Salesforce—or similar tools. Comfortable discussing AI, ML, Data Science, and basic Quantum concepts. Clear written and spoken English; engaging video-call presence. Ability to thrive on-site, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Experience selling technical upskilling or certification programs. Working knowledge of funnel analytics and A/B prospecting tests. Multilingual outreach skills (Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil).
