This includes managing on-page SEO and off-page SEO activities & AI SEO techniques, content marketing, optimising keywords and phrases, link building and analysing web analytics data. Objectives of this role: 1. Developing and executing comprehensive search engine optimisation strategies to achieve business objectives. 2. Monitoring and analysing website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation. 3. Collaborate with content creators and digital marketing teams to develop and optimise high-quality, keyword-rich content for improved organic visibility. 4. Executing link-building activities to ensure quality links from reputable sources. 5. Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as content, design and product, to ensure optimal content performance. 6. Collaborating with marketing teams to integrate SEO with other digital marketing initiatives for cohesive campaigns. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website ranking, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions. Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, and SEMrush to optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and provide regular SEO reports to stakeholders highlighting key metrics like bounce rate, dwell time, conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content creation, marketing) to ensure alignment on brand messaging across all channels. Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates from search engines like Google and adjust tactics accordingly. Your tasks: a. Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to identify target keywords. b. Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost website visibility and SERP rankings. c. Optimize content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for target keywords and crawlability. d. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues with web development for better performance and UX. e. Perform SEO audits, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to find improvement opportunities. f. Track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates for data-driven SEO recommendations. g. Stay updated on SEO trends and technologies; apply innovative SEO approaches. h. Experience optimizing for the Middle East market. i. Hands-on expertise in on-page and off-page SEO. j. Strong English communication skills. k. Technical and content SEO audits, SEO reporting. l. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal. m. Keyword research and competitive analysis. n. High-quality link building strategies. o. Optimize meta tags, headers, and internal linking. p. SEO-friendly content strategy. q. Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs. Required skills and qualifications: Masters Degree or bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing or a Computer Science related field. 5+ years of experience as an SEO manager or a similar SEO-focused role along with managing a team. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of the UAE search landscape. Knowledge of technical SEO, including Page speed optimisation for web and mobile. Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner and Google Analytics. Knowledge of A/B testing, local SEO and SEO reporting tools. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimisation platforms, like Drupal etc. Experience with SEO for local businesses and Google Business Profile optimisation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Working experience on Meta Ad campaigns is a plus Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles. Relevant SEO certifications (such from Google, HubSpot and/or SEMrush). Basic understanding of website design, development and HTML/CSS coding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
