This role requires a candidate with 8+ years of experience. The candidate should have expertise in data Analytics / BI domain, with specific skills in Python for data Analytics projects, advanced SQL for backend operations, experience in working on various projects across different domains and use cases, good communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate for the data Analytics / BI role should possess 6 to 11 years of hands-on experience with Python, proficiency in Python data structures and algorithms, familiarity with libraries like Pandas, numpy, requests, and experience in scripting and framework creation using Python. Knowledge of SCM tools like Git, Bitbucket, working with RDBMS using SQL, unit testing frameworks, and performance testing are also required. Strong communication and debugging skills are essential for this role.
