As an SAP consultant at Expound Technivo, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in effectively leveraging SAP software, integrating third-party tools, managing migration and upgrade processes, promoting widespread adoption within their organizations, and continuously extracting business value from our products and services. By engaging customers in a consultative manner centered around success metrics, fostering meaningful relationships, and applying change management principles, you will establish yourself as a trusted long-term partner across the customer lifecycle. You will serve as the voice of the customers within the organization, providing feedback to the team and developing innovative solutions to address their needs efficiently. Your customer-centric perspective will be invaluable to the entire team. **Your Role and Responsibilities** - Plan, design, and develop analytical dashboards from scratch. - Maintain, re-design, and migrate existing dashboards and queries based on SAP Business Warehouse or other implemented data warehouses. - Understand the data flow process and assist customers in maximizing the value of their current data assets. - Design, develop, and/or re-engineer application components, integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms. - Demonstrate knowledge and experience in SAP Workflow. - Exhibit flexibility and analytical problem-solving skills. - Be willing to travel to client sites, both locally and overseas. - Possess excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** - Proficiency and technical experience with SAP Analytics technologies such as S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, HANA XS applications, Google/Azure/AWS Cloud technologies, and BI/visualization tools. - Strong understanding of SAP data structures, end-to-end dataflow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, forecasting, etc. - Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud as a planning tool, including designing and implementing data models. - Experience with BIP 4.x platform, Central Management Console, BI Launchpad settings, and access management. - Proficiency in Lumira Designer, Lumira Discovery, and Web Intelligence for complex report building and support. - Design query through Bex designer (cross calculation/formulas). **Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise** - Experience in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance, and Post Production support projects is advantageous. - Familiarity with technologies like Data lakes, AWS, SAC, Power-Bi, Tableau.
