Data Analyst - Pricing & Incentives

Role & responsibilities

Pricing & Insights (50%)

• Analyze pricing experiment results, AOV, conversion trends, and repeat behavior.
• Build dashboards to track campaign and experiment KPIs.
• Support strategy team on customer segmentation and pricing design.
• Run quick analyses to support ongoing projects (e.g., BOGO performance, margin shifts).

Incentives & Execution (50%)

• Assist in designing and implementing incentive programs across store teams.
• Visit stores periodically to gather feedback and ensure program adoption.
• Track performance by region/store and highlight gaps or wins.
• Work with Finance and Ops for payout validation and reporting.

Collaboration & Backup

• Work closely with the other Analyst to ensure both pricing and incentive execution never stall.
• Serve as a backup for each other for reporting, coordination, or store issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• 23 years in a hybrid role across analytics, retail ops, or execution-heavy projects.
• Strong in Excel, SQL (basic to intermediate), and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Good communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for store managers or central teams.
• Comfortable with occasional travel to stores for field feedback and rollout.
