Data Analyst

You will be joining our growing analytics team as a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst. Your primary responsibility will involve utilizing data to drive strategic decisions, solve complex business problems, and provide insights through dashboards and predictive models. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong analytical background, a genuine passion for working with data, and practical experience in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau. Your tasks will include analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making. You will design and implement predictive and descriptive analytics models to address real-world business use cases. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize KPIs and performance metrics. Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to comprehend data characteristics and identify opportunities for improvement will also be part of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, operations, and engineering, will be essential to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. You will be required to deploy models or pipelines on AWS or Azure and work on AI/ML-based use cases in cloud environments. Your ability to translate business inquiries into data analysis and present findings in a clear and concise manner will be crucial. Ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance across all analytics projects will also be a significant aspect of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning is a must. Strong experience in writing complex queries, data extraction, and transformation is also required. Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) is beneficial. You should have experience in developing and validating predictive analytics models and be familiar with classification, regression, clustering, and other ML algorithms. Proven experience conducting exploratory analysis to uncover insights is essential. Working knowledge of AWS or Azure, particularly in the context of data pipelines and machine learning services, will be advantageous. It is expected that you stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics and machine learning to excel in this role.,
