Help manage and train store staff, handle scheduling and rostering, and ensure effective team performance. Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping to maintain optimal stock levels. Address customer inquiries and issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining high service standards. Implement and monitor store processes to improve eciency, optimize workflows, and enhance overall store performance. Requirements- Minimum qualification - Graduation 1-3 years of experience (preferably in e-commerce, Logistics or supply-chain Management) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Leadership and team management experience. Preferred candidate profile

Roles and Responsibilities DESIRED PROFILE : Qualification : Graduate / PG-in any specialization. Experience: Candidate having minimum 10- 15 years of FMCG gen trade experience in similar positions and working area/geographical knowledge. Should have Distributor management & team handling experience. Computer Literacy & Mob app experience are must. Role & Responsibilities : The ASM will be accountable for: Appointment of Distributors and Retail Distribution Stockists (RDS): Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners to strengthen the distribution network. Achieving Sales Targets: Ensuring consistent performance to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Team Leadership & Motivation: Leading, guiding, and motivating the Sales Officers to drive performance, productivity, and field execution. Distribution Management: Achieving both width and depth of distribution to maximize market penetration and product availability. Policy & Strategy Implementation: Effectively executing the companys sales strategies, policies, and initiatives in the assigned territory. New Area Development: Proactively exploring and developing new markets with a readiness to face challenges and drive growth. Desired Candidate Profile Education : Graduate, PG Any Specialization Experience : 10-15 years in FMCG sector Industry Type : FMCG / Foods. Job Responsibilities: - Monitor overall production plans during shifts, focusing on quality and efficiency. - Conduct daily reviews comparing planned production versus actual output during shifts. - Monitor raw material requirements. - Provide on-the-job training for operators during shifts. - Monitor process parameters. - Track machine efficiency. - Oversee tool loading and unloading activities to ensure they meet target times. - Manage manpower during shifts. - Communicate with senior staff and the manager regarding any issues that arise. - Prevent tool damage, and if damage occurs, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Start the tool by connecting all necessary equipment while avoiding any damage. - Troubleshoot defects that arise during shifts. - Ensure proper shift handover activities. - Maintain production and rejection reports during shifts. - Demonstrate punctuality in all duties.
