Job Summary This position helps support the retail Point of Sale (POS) system for The UPS Store locations and is based on Microsoft Store Commerce app (previously MPOS) and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This position provides input, support, and performs full systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.). He/She participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements. This position provides input to applications development project plans and integrations. He/She collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. He/She provides input to department and project teams on decisions supporting projects. Responsibilities: Ability to assist in with regular service updates, including merging company specific customization extension as well as extensions from Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Knowledge in developing Store Commerce extensions for Point of Sale, Commerce Runtime and Hardware Station that include the creation of trigger & handlers. Experience with D365 extensible data security (XDS) policies. Modifies D365 user interface based on business requirements using X++. Performs debugging and unit testing of D365 solutions. Promote D365 models from development, test, and staging environments. Support, maintain, and modify existing systems and integrations. 3+ years of overall professional experience in D365 for Finance and Operations. X++ development experience and following D365 Finance and Operations best practices. Microsoft DevOps, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server. Technology: D365 Finance and Operations and Store Commerce App (formerly MPOS). Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or International equivalent Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field - Preferred

Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering Analysis: Work with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and define functional specifications for D365 FO solutions. Analyse current business processes and propose efficient solutions within D365 FO. System Configuration: Configure D365 FO modules (such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement Sourcing, Manufacturing, etc) based on client requirements. Design, test, and deploy configuration changes to meet the client s needs. Implementation Integration: Lead or participate in D365 FO implementations, ensuring best practices are followed during setup and integration. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. End-User Training Support: Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the system. Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and provide solutions to enhance system performance. Testing Quality Assurance: Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality meets the defined requirements. Prepare test scripts and test cases, ensuring that all configurations and customizations work as intended. Continuous Improvement Upgrades: Advise on system enhancements, new features, and upgrades to improve business operations. Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 FO developments and new features to guide clients on opportunities for improvements. Required Skills Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with at least 3 years working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Experience with D365 modules ie Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc is a plus. Solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions within D365 FO. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with D365 FO configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with D365 FO integrations (eg, Power BI, Azure, third-party applications). Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes. Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO certifications (eg, MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) are preferred. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills: Previous experience in consulting or working with large enterprises or multinational clients. Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. Experience with the full project lifecycle from design through to deployment and support.

What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree is a plus. Minimum equivalent experience 5+ to 12+ years in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) development and implementation. Proficiency in X++, .NET, and relevant programming languages. Strong understanding of D365FO architecture, data models, and integrations. Ability to design high-performance solutions within D365FO. Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire development teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Expert or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Additional Information: Proven experience in leading full-cycle implementations or upgrades of D365FO. Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
