Role Overview:

D365 CRM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and develop Dynamics 365 CE using
C#, JavaScript, HTML, and custom plugins
.
Build and maintain
integrations between D365 CE and external systems
using industry-standard tools and APIs.
Configure custom
workflows, business rules, forms
, and dashboards within D365 CE.
Provide ongoing
technical support
, issue resolution, and performance tuning for CRM systems.
Work closely with
functional teams
to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Participate in
solution architecture, data migration
, testing, and deployment.
Ensure
coding best practices
, performance optimization, and documentation standards are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-6 years of total experience, with
2.5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consulting
.
Proficiency in
C#, JavaScript
, and plugin/workflow development.
Strong experience in D365 CE
customization, solution deployment
, and configuration.
Experience with
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with
Azure services
, REST APIs, and integration frameworks for Dynamics 365.
Solid understanding of
solution architecture and SDLC
in CRM implementations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology
, or a related field.
