Job Title: Senior Dynamics CRM Developer (5+ Years Experience) Location: Permanent WORK FROM HOME Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 5+ Years Must Have: Active Passport & Immediate Joiners Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently , handle end-to-end development, and deliver high-quality solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM). Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, customize, and extend Dynamics CRM to support key business functions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) . Independently manage the entire SDLC from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows. Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using Web APIs, Azure Functions, and other middleware. Implement Power Platform components like Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven). Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Prepare technical documentation and provide post-deployment support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, testers, and project managers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development. Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and CRM SDK. Strong experience in Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript customizations, and Web Resources . Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) . Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions , and custom integrations is a plus. Good understanding of CRM security model, data model, and solution management . Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-910, MB-920, PL-200, etc.) Experience with DevOps, CI/CD for CRM solutions. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
