Maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, team performance, and field activities through CRM. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Biomedical field. MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred. 4 - 8 years of experience in medical device ( Urology ) Mandatory handling urology capital equipment . Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Western & Central India. Demonstrated success in managing multi-state sales teams and achieving high growth.
