You have an exciting opportunity as a Cyber Butler in Delhi (Trident & Oberio hotel). Your primary responsibilities will include providing L0 Support for Jio CPE infra in the Hotel, assisting Resident, Non-Resident Guests & Belvedere, supporting Hotel Staff for Team Internet, offering Wi-Fi assistance for Events/Conferences, being the first point of contact for Troubleshooting WiFi network related Incidents, and escorting Field/Jio engineers during incident/Project Work. Additionally, you will ensure periodic Wi-Fi Audits for Guest Rooms. To excel in this role, you should have a Qualification of B.Sc. / BE /B Tech with 1-3 years of work experience. CCNA training is preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential to handle premium users effectively. You should also possess promptness, discipline, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be well-groomed as per Hospitality industry standards.
