Position : Event Marketing Executive / B2B Event Marketer Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) Experience: 1 to 2 years (US Marketing) Education : Any Degree Job Type : On Role Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Executive with 12 years of experience in B2B event marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events such as conferences, CXO dinners, roundtables, and industry roadshows that help drive brand awareness and business growth. This is a full-time onsite role offering high ownership, direct collaboration with sales and marketing leadership, and the opportunity to scale events that influence the insurance and insurtech ecosystem. Responsibilities: Research and shortlist relevant conferences and events. Plan and execute logistics for events (venue, giveaways, collateral, booths, etc.). Manage small-format events (private dinners, roadshows, roundtables). Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and goals. Track event metrics like attendance, engagement, and ROI. Ensure excellent guest experience and brand alignment. Collaborate with vendors, organizers, and internal stakeholders.
