Job Summary: We are seeking for a Scrum Master with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive agile practices and deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams to enhance productivity and efficiency. Oversee the implementation of Kanban SAFE and Agile methodologies to ensure seamless project execution. Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and agile teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to maintain team alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve impediments that hinder project progress. Ensure that agile principles and best practices are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Drive the adoption of customer-centric practices to enhance the overall customer experience. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of agile initiatives. Develop and deliver training programs to upskill team members on agile methodologies. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations. Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer processes. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all project activities. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Kanban SAFE Agile and CX-Scrum Master methodologies. Exhibit strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide agile teams effectively. Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. Have a proven track record of driving agile transformations and delivering successful projects. Be adept at identifying and resolving project impediments promptly. Display a commitment to continuous improvement and customer-centric practices.
