Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Executive with strong English communication skills and prior experience in BPO, telesales, or customer service.

The role involves engaging with B2B clients interested in launching their own brand of Ayurvedic, Herbal, Skincare, or Nutritional Products. Our company offers ready-to-brand manufacturing solutions, and your job will be to guide potential clients from inquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email
• Explain the company’s B2B product offerings in Ayurvedic, Herbal, Skincare & Nutritional categories
• Share sample options and understand client requirements
• Convert inquiries into successful business orders
• Maintain and update client interaction records in CRM/excel
• Coordinate with the internal team for product samples, dispatch, and client follow-ups
• Ensure excellent client service and long-term relationship building

Requirements:

• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in BPO, telesales, or customer support
• Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
• Ability to understand and explain product features
• Professional attitude and willingness to grow in a B2B environment
