Customer Support Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Hindi & English to assist our users with queries related to our educational services and platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and helpful experience for our Hindi-speaking learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email support in Hindi & English
• Provide accurate information about courses, tests, products, or services offered by the company.
• Resolve customer queries, issues, or complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams (tech, content, sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support users in using the online platform or mobile application.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi & English(speaking and understanding) is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service preferred (freshers with good communication also welcome).
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, problem-solving ability, and customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the education/EdTech industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification.
