Customer Support Representative International Voice

We are urgently hiring for International Voice Process Customer Support Executive. Candidates must have Minimum 6 months of experience in Voice Process and excellent communication skills)

Location: Manyata Techpark, Bangalore

• Receive inbound calls to gather and verify required information and to solve customer queries
• Have excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately by providing effective solutions
• Ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and
• Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience
• Provide information to the client and place appropriate notes in system
• Must be an immediate joiners
• Should have min 6 months of work experience preferrably in international voice process, international customer support, US process
• Should have excellent communication skills

Education: Minimum 12th pass

Must have min 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.

5 Days Working and 2 Days Rotational Week off. Both Side Cab provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
