Department: Customer Service Reports To: Customer Service Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Support Representative to join our car rental team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for providing excellent service, handling reservations, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in person, by phone, or online and assist with reservations, returns, and inquiries Process rentals, payments, and documentation accurately using our rental system Resolve customer issues, complaints, or disputes promptly and professionally Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to manage vehicle availability Maintain updated knowledge of rental policies, pricing, and promotions Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive service environment
