We are hiring an intern for the role of Customer Support Intern to assist with order confirmations, responding to customer queries, and maintaining basic communication with farmers. Responsibilities: Confirming orders received via phone or website. Answering basic queries of farmers. Updating the operations team with order details. Ensuring follow-ups are completed on time. Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi and/or local language preferred). Basic knowledge of phone handling or WhatsApp support. Interest in agriculture is a plus. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or undergraduate student.
