Responsibilities Experience :( Freshers & Experienced Both) Understanding the products and services provided by the company. Supporting the customer through phone calls. Resolving customer complaints and queries. Providing detailed information to customers. Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Requirements: 12th Grade or Bachelor’s degree 0-6 months years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.
