Job Description

Position : Customer Support Executive

Location : Pune

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with transport industry professionals via calls to introduce our EMT Transport app, explaining its benefits and features.
  • Conduct feedback calls to gather user insights and document customer queries.
  • Relay important customer feedback and queries to the sales team for prompt action and follow-up.
  • Manage communication through WhatsApp, sending informative messages and providing support via chat to assist clients effectively.
  • scanning documents, saving them on a computer & upload on ERP

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
