The primary responsibilities include onboarding new customers, resolving client issues via various channels, collaborating with team members, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Requirements: - Proficiency in English & Telugu (verbal and written) - Good computer skills - Self-motivated and a team player - Strong customer service orientation - Laptop with stable Internet Connection and Mobile Handset - Knowledge of multiple South Indian languages preferred This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
