Customer Service Executive Job Description Summary: Looking for Customer Service Executives to handle calls, emails, chats, and social media messages. You will help customers, solve problems, and keep records updated. Must be open to working in rotational shifts. EXP: 1+ Years Responsibilities: Talk to customers via phone, email, chat, or social media. Solve issues quickly and record details in the system. Meet daily and team performance goals. Ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferred). Customer service experience. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil (or) Hindi, Tamil and Kannada. Basic knowledge of CRM and social media tools.
