Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features related to the product Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills in Hindi with Malayalam & English Excellent Soft skills Prior CS experience would be an added advantage Excellent Customer Service skills Educational Qualification: UG and Graduate in any stream Experience: 0 to 6 months
