Preferred Candidate: Female

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt, accurate solutions via call, chat, and email.
  • Assist customers in basic troubleshooting related to software and IT products.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a polite and professional approach.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team with clear documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal team to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT and software concepts.
  • Customer-friendly and patient attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to processes.

Education:

  • Graduation in BCA or B.Sc. in IT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
