Key Responsibilities: Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions. Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot problems, address customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to senior teams. Product/Service Knowledge : Provide accurate information about products or services, answer questions, and offer recommendations. Customer Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support.
