Job Description

Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys with respondents in Hindi and Gujrati as required. Explain survey objectives clearly and engage participants to ensure accurate data collection. Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the prescribed format. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets as assigned. Ensure high levels of professionalism and adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols. Collaborate with the team to identify potential improvements in research methods and survey processes. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Language: Hindi (Preferred) Gujarati (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 06/06/2025
